現在、欧州、中国、米国の8つの拠点を中心に活動しています。気候変動リスクと脱炭素化を専門とする企業・金融法務チームにより、民間部門が気候変動対策を主導するために必要な法的枠組みやツールを提供しています。私たちは企業の気候変動ガバナンスを強化し、世界中で投資、規制、政策決定において気候変動対策を取り入れるための支援を行っています。

ClientEarth is a group of international legal experts on climate, energy and the environment. We use the law in partnership with governments, the private sector and people to address climate change, capture the opportunities of the low carbon transition and protect nature.
Across eight offices in Europe, China and the United States, we have built a global team of corporate and financial law experts specialising in climate risk and decarbonisation – providing the legal framework and tools for the private sector to lead on climate action. We are helping to strengthen corporate climate governance and embed climate change in investment, regulatory and policy decisions around the world.
We are expanding this team in Japan and establishing a permanent presence in Tokyo. We are currently hiring a Head of Japan (Representative Director) and a Japanese-qualified Lawyer.
